Nancy has been in the industry for over 35 years and is originally from Carthage, MO. She is a National Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. Her favorite part about her job is making families smile. Her forte is family relations with hearing loss. Nancy fell in love with the industry when her very first client told her he had never been able to have a conversation with his 6 year old grandson. After Nancy fit her client with hearing aids, the grandson jumped on his lap and they talked. "Not a dry eye in the house". This has happened many times in Nancy's career and it makes her keep coming to work! Nancy is a part of the Missouri Hearing Society, International Hearing Society and Lake Area Senior Resource Partners through better hearing.
